Order cancellation, return and refund policy
Obviously, it is possible to refuse the order and return the purchased items from our website. Whatever the reason, you can cancel your order if the order has not been left our warehouse. To check whether it is still possible to cancel your order, please make a call us to cancel your order or send email to our Customer support team (firstname.lastname@example.org).
If your order is already shipped it’s no longer possible to cancel it. You have to wait receipt of order and then you have up to 14 days to return them, keeping the below rules in mind.
In case the item you received is damaged or defective or it is wrongly delivered, you could return an item in the same condition as you received it with the original packaging box. Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and if the item is found to be defective or damaged, we will process the refund.
Cancellation of orders, return of purchased items and refund process can be carried out under the following conditions.
- In cancellation of order refund can be realized within 15 working days.
- In return of order refund can be realized within 15 working days after the product has been received by us.
- All costs in connection with delivery, back transfer, conversion and etc. will be deducted from the refund amount.
There are a few certain cases in which returns are not possible:
- Return request is made outside the specified time frame, of 14 days from delivery.
- Product is used, damaged, or is not in the same condition as you received it.
- Any item which has been used or installed.
- Products with tampered or missing serial numbers.
- Anything missing from the package you’ve received.
Note: For all Refunds, only the value of the item will be Refunded and not the shipping charges.
